WORKDAY PLANNER · PRIVACY POLICY
Your tasks and planning information stay on your device. We do not operate an account system or advertising network.
Effective August 14, 2026Workday Planner does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information. The app has no user accounts, advertising, or third-party analytics.
Tasks, notes, priorities, schedules, completion status, reminder choices, and app preferences are stored locally using Apple system storage. Widget information is shared only between the app and its widget through Apple's private App Group storage.
Calendar access is optional and requires your permission. When enabled, the app reads calendar events to show your day and check for scheduling conflicts. It creates or updates an Apple Calendar event only when you choose Add to Apple Calendar for a task. Calendar information is not sent to us.
Optional task, holiday, and work-from-home reminders are scheduled locally by iOS after you grant notification permission. You can change or disable notification access at any time in the app or iOS Settings.
Because the app does not transmit your planner data to us, we do not retain it on our servers or share it with third parties. Deleting the app removes locally stored app data according to Apple's normal on-device behavior. Calendar events you exported remain in Apple Calendar until you remove them.
We do not knowingly collect information from children or any other users.
If future versions introduce online accounts, cloud storage, analytics, or other data practices, this policy will be updated before those features are released.
